These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Rockwell Laser Restoration LLC (“Rockwell”) and use of this website. By approving a quote or authorizing Rockwell to perform services, the customer agrees to the applicable terms below.
Quotes & Scope of Work
Quotes are based on the information and visible conditions available at the time of evaluation. Conditions discovered after work begins may affect the scope, timing, or cost of a project. Rockwell will obtain customer authorization before performing material work outside the approved scope.
Restoration Results
Laser restoration results vary depending on the substrate, coatings, corrosion, contamination, age, previous treatments, deterioration, and other existing conditions. Removal of coatings, corrosion, or contamination may reveal previously concealed damage, discoloration, repairs, or surface variations.
Rockwell will perform services with reasonable professional care but cannot guarantee complete removal or a particular cosmetic result unless specifically stated in writing.
Customer Property & Site Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the work area and for disclosing known hazards, hazardous materials, unusual coatings, previous repairs, or other conditions that may affect the project.
Rockwell may pause or decline work when conditions cannot be safely addressed.
Scheduling & Changes
Scheduling may be affected by weather, site conditions, project requirements, equipment availability, safety considerations, or other circumstances. Customer-requested changes or additional work may result in additional charges when approved by the customer.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing, deposits, payment schedules, applicable taxes, travel charges (when applicable), and other project-specific costs will be identified in the applicable quote or invoice. Payment is due according to the terms stated on the invoice.
Photographs
Rockwell may photograph or video projects for estimating, documentation, quality control, training purposes, safety, and internal business purposes. Public use of identifiable customer or project information for marketing purposes may require separate customer permission.
Service Concerns & Liability
Customers should promptly notify Rockwell of concerns regarding completed services so that Rockwell has a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address the matter.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rockwell's responsibility for a substantiated claim arising directly from its services will be limited, as appropriate, to correcting the affected Rockwell work or the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Information, photographs, project examples, and descriptions on this website are provided for general informational purposes. Because every restoration project is different, examples shown on the website do not guarantee identical results on other surfaces or projects.
